      <description>&lt;P&gt;Are you giving them the account number from the self serve portal? It can be found in My Account, Profile, then click the eye beside it to view and copy it in its entirety.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;HI&amp;nbsp;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/317605"&gt;@MLH2&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;if you are porting to Telus, you can activate a new number first. Then call Telus support and ask them to move the number from PM to Telus&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;But of course, it is better you login My Account first and get the correct account number&lt;/P&gt;</description>
