      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/317559"&gt;@mluq431&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If you can’t login to your account then it is closed or dial 1-855-4PUBLIC and check your account status.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;You must leave your PM SIM in your phone and reply with YES within the 90 minute window when your new carrier activated your new SIM to complete the porting process.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
