I got data from my rewards, but the data isn’t working. The regular data is working fine.

@Carriej Data add on will only get used once’s you use up your plan data bucket . So if you used up all plan data . Reboot the phone if your add on data not kicking in automatically like it should

Do you have the app on your phone? If so, log in and check your add ons. Also note that "CANADA ADD-ONS

Data add-ons expire after 30 days." Did you use your points to purchase it today?

PM should have at least done a vote wether or not customers would like unlimited throttled data or non expiring data add-ons. I believe most of us would've chosen the non expiring data add-ons
