yes, you need correct APN to have data working

But you can start with Reset All networks and usually it is sufficent.

what brands of phone do you have?

For iPhone , you cannot change much for APN

So, you need to do two things

1. make sure Carrier profile is updated

2. click Reset network settings

i think it is, i put my sim cars from my old Iphone XR and it was working fine except for the data. I just fixed it thanks to your replies.

J'ai acheté récemment un cellulaire ulefone note pro 16,. Je ne peux pas utiliser les données mobiles avec celui-ci. Surement a cause du APN non conforme avec Publis Mobile, Pouvez-vous me donner l'APN pertinent pour que ca fonctionne
