      <description>&lt;P&gt;Well first you have to go to &lt;A href="http://www.publicmobile.ca" target="_blank"&gt;www.publicmobile.ca&lt;/A&gt;&amp;nbsp;and sign up for an account. Once you do that, you can choose what plan you want to use. Then you just follow the steps. If it screws up, go to your browser settings and clear your cache and cookies and try again. It's a big of a bug. If that doesn't work, you can try to sign up using the Public Mobile App.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
