      <description>&lt;P&gt;how can my phone use data when it is shut off.?&amp;nbsp; my phone automatically shuts off at midnight (programmed to shut off). when i review my history it says i used 562mb of data aug7th at 2:33am.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;my phone was turned off.&lt;BR /&gt;in 3 yrs as a public mobile customer, i have never used that much data at one time.&lt;BR /&gt;there must be a mistake...!!!!&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;that still does not explain the volume.&amp;nbsp; i do not have much data with my plan, and watch my usage very closely.&amp;nbsp; i have never ever used that much data in one day, cannot understand how that could have happened. i leave data turned off except when i need to look up something.&amp;nbsp; And never used over 500mb in one day since i have been with public mobile in the last 3 years..!!!&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;You could have left your data on by mistake and forgot. Maybe a system update or app update happened while you were temporarily surfing the net.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
