Reponding minute ago and when inserting @ a ballon pops up "type 3 letters of a users name"In this message no names just balloon and text. Earlier inputing @ "again"? this balloon showed.

What is it?

Just saw this at bottom before sending this.

Why are there many ballons?

Ballon is a Bot? Follows here everywhere?

When you use @ it will tag those members that responded to your posting. If you hit the space bar the @ will show up again. To avoid the second tagging, just hit the return button so it drops down for a new sentence.
