Hi, I thought I had 5g. I upgrade to the special then found out I didn't have 5g. So I went and changed it to 4 g. Now I have paid for 2 plans. Can you tell me how I get reimbursed? Thanks so much

@JackiemHovan Sorry PM is pre paid and no refunds usually . But you can try and ask support if they can reimburse you in this case

Is one a download speed and the other an upload speed, or are these two different download speed results. I've found that the uploads for Public Mobile's 5G palns are throttled to about 25Mbps.

Yes they are download now 191 upload 94

Well I was dumb those speeds were on my wifi. Phone data speeds were 30.5 download and . 9 upload
