I have a friend who's trying to order a SIM Card through the 'Shop SIM Card' Section of the Mobile App, and it keeps saying his Shipping Address is invalid, refusing to Autofill/Auto-Complete with Google.. It will say nothing found so he cannot put his Mailing Address in to order SIM Cards.

What is the solution?

why don't you ask them to buy from Amazon or Telus or Koodo shops instead?

I know it's good now you can use Available fund to buy sim card, but it could take long, not worth it

is friend willing to get an esim as they're available on all current plans for gratis. Just needs to have an esim compliant on PM network phone.

It's a friend also doing referrals, he wants to use Account Credit and has SIM Cards to hold him over until the ones he can order directly fron Public with Account Funds arrive..

We don't see a point in ordering on Amazon, when it's basically free with Available Funds/from Referrals.

Amazon only has 13pcs left.

This SIM won't be for his personal line, it will be for secondary or one of his future Friend Referrals, therefore e-SIM won't be an option in this case.

because I have a lot of credit in my account I want to use that instead of costing me more money
