      <title>"Your services are on hold" Message when I have a active credit card on file</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;So i just logged into my account as it looks like my first month at public is ending. But I see this "your services are on hold" message on my account. I have a active credit card on my account with the subscription button turned on..&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I am still able to use my data, texts and calling which is odd. My plan is supposed to end today.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I also added a automatic change of plans to the $50 US/Can 5G plan when my current plan ended.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Anyone else having this issue?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Don't do anything. This is your renewal happening. As long as your services are working then just let it be.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
