      <title>Cannot change my plan via selfserve</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;I am trying to change my plan from a 90day plan to a&amp;nbsp;30day plan. I am unable to change it. My current plan is expired. I have topped off $20 to my account (which is what is required for my desired plan). &lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;When I click on change plan, it takes me to the build plan screen. After choosing my options, the the box that says "Change on next renewal date" is grey'd out and I cannot click it. Please help me change my plan, as I don't need the original plan anymore.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Otherwise I will lose my phone number... please help!&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Thanks. I will send a private message now with all details.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;My account has been&amp;nbsp;suspended for about 29 days. This is what I was confused about. It says Jan 18 (tomorrow) account will be deactivated and the number will be lost. In another place it says 90 days, not 30 days....&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Accounts and numbers are deactivated after 90 days.&amp;nbsp; The 30 days statement is incorrect.&amp;nbsp; This has been confirmed by the Mods (PM employees) in a number of previous posts.&amp;nbsp; Hope that helps.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
