Hi,

I ordered a sim card online on July 21st, 2023 and till now I did not receive it yet. What should I do now?

SIM. Card can take up to 3 weeks to arrive .if you need one sooner try calling local Telus Koodo stores for in person pick up or order from Amazon .otherwise reach out to support for a status up date for when it shipped and when you can expect it . message support directly

are you aware that esim is currently free for all current plans. It's immediate activation...no need to wait for physical sim. Just gotta make sure your phone is esim compliant.

Buy them off of Amazon. I bought 3 from the koodo store which are $10 plus tax and one off amazon for 4.99 plus tax and they seem to arrive within a few days. Maybe a bit longer if you don't live in one of the major cities in Canada.
