      <description>&lt;P&gt;When I signed up last month I had a hard time with activation. Make sure you are processing the activation through the app and if you are having issues open a ticket. The ticket was handled in a quick and efficient manner and I was up and running in a couple of hours.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
