      <description>&lt;P&gt;I am new customer just transfer my number to public mobile on Aug 16. I get double charge to my credit card. &amp;nbsp;The first charge showed that my service was on hold asking to pay again to resume the service. After paying again, the service resumed&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Should I ask dispute the charge to my credit card provider or Public Mobile will refund it?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
