      <description>&lt;P&gt;HI&amp;nbsp;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/315827"&gt;@Tasnuva&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;account number can be found in My Account.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Since you lost your sim card,&amp;nbsp; you can try to login and have the security code send to your email.&amp;nbsp; At the security code screen,&amp;nbsp; click on didn't receive code and email would be an option after&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If not, you can also submit a ticket to PM CS agent and ask them for your account number&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;A href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/notes/composepage/note-to-user-id/22437" target="_blank" rel="noopener"&gt;https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/notes/composepage/note-to-user-id/22437&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;But are you trying to port out your number? you need your sim card to receive a text to authorize the porting&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;HI&amp;nbsp;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/315827"&gt;@Tasnuva&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;you are lucky, should be ok&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;submit ticket with PM agent to get the account number first&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Then call Koodo support, give them your account number, tell them you lost the sim, they might be able to just move the number over.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
