Sometimes SIM cards fail after extensive use. If you have already taken it out of your phone and tried it in another phone, it looks like the life of the SIM has expired. It happens. Nothing can last forever.

Best advice, purchase a new card through Amazon as it's on sale for $4.99. Here's the link. Amazon PM SIM

When you get it, just log into your account and change the SIM number. If you need help with that, just come back here and one of your fellow members will help you out.

don't think there's anything PM can do to fix it..sounds like either the sim is corrupt or the phone is the problem. Try the sim in a different unlocked phone. If that doesn't help, you'll need a new sim as suggested by @MetaMorpheusMob . You can get an esim right away also.

It worked in another phone but sim is only month old

Then that indicates a device problem. Not service or sim.

Try someone else's SIM card in your device to see if their service works with your device.

Your SIM slot may have something inside it causing a connection problem, or the SIM slot itself may have something wrong with it.

Trying another SIM in your device will help determine this.

Check the status of your device here - just to ensure it's not blacklisted. Trust us, it can happen, and has to many who have purchased devices from unknown or untrusted sources. Sometimes the blacklisting can occur weeks or months after acquiring it.
