Even venting to a CS Agent won't do anything.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;For actual change, he needs to first write to Telus about his concerns in a polite and respectful manner to be taken seriously. If not, they toss it in the trash. Remember, kill them with kindness!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If the problems aren't solved after 3 months, then they can file a complaint with the CTRC.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Now, on to their rant.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;the website is perpetually down&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Yesterday it was down for the first time in a long time. I honestly don't remember the last time the site was down.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;the login is an absolute debacle&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Ummm, log in name and password... seems pretty normal to me&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;2FA is an annoying unnecessary nuisance&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;So your upset that Public Mobile (Telus) put a secondary security measure on your account to protect YOUR account? Interesting....&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; and the 2FA only comes up once at first when you first sign in on any new device. There is a check box to check "Trust this Device" so you don't have to do 2FA again&lt;STRONG&gt;.&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Telus is bankrupt even after bilking its customers for decades.&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Really? My stock seems to be doing well.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;your substandard towers and service translates into dropped calls that are not just a once-in-a while inconvenience but now a GUARANTEE&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Now, here's the thing with that. Sometimes you're right however most times it's user error. And what I mean by that is mostly all people have their Network Settings on Automatic so if you are just on the cusp of a PM tower it will hop onto the next tower or even a different network altogether. If you take it off automatic and pick Public Mobile as your direct network, you would get way less dropped call.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Hope you have a better day tomorrow. &lt;span class="lia-unicode-emoji" title=":slightly_smiling_face:"&gt;🙂&lt;/span&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;It's a pain, but it can be catastrophic if someone manages to steal your phone number. Think of all the banks and other service providers who text you 2FA authentication codes. If someone gets access to your phone number, they can also get access to your bank accounts as well. The extra protection is worth the hassle to me.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;That said, it could have been implemented better here at PM.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
