      <description>&lt;P&gt;First! Remove her phone number from public forum.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;You can click on 'resend code' and email option should appear to receive a code.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

For your security, you should only post mobile numbers in a private message (e.g., to &lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/22437"&gt;@CS_Agent&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;). Have you or your wife tried clicking on the 'forgot password" link just below the login fields on the website/app login page? That process should allow you to enter the email address associated with your EverSafe ID and the receive a code by email instead of text. Once you gain access to your account, go to manage EverSafe ID, and update the telephone number for texting security codes. Hope this helps.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
