You may want to have a friend or family download the app on their phone then activate the SIM and have them logout of the app and clear cookies.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Once the SIM is activated, you can access your account on your computer.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;My father also cannot complete his activation. &amp;nbsp;Sadly he’s in a sign in loop. &amp;nbsp;Signs in, enters code, clicks resume activation and puts him on another login page with email/pass not working after that.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

The Public Mobile app can be found for download from your phone's app store (e.g., Google Play Store, Apple). If the link to the app store from the Public Mobile website isn't taking you to your phone's app store, you can always open the app store on your phone, search for the Public Mobile app, and download and install it. Once the app is installed, you'll be able to complete your activation in the app.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;P.S.- seems the PM app has been up and down for maintenance this morning, but if you see a message about maintenance, just wait a bit and try again later. Good luck and enjoy your new service!&lt;/P&gt;</description>
