Make & model?
Just having the plan does not make 5G magically appear even if the phone is said to be 5G capable. There are internal corporate shenanigans going on that can be limiting devices for these other services.
But in the end, these plans are more about speed than network. Even with the phone being on 4G LTE you'll get the so-called 5G speeds.

Three's no guarantee that type of speed will be available in a any given location on the LTE network (or even the 5G network) - it's just that as I said - it's possible. In the case of the iPhone 7, the infromation that I see shows this as a Cat6 LTE device which would be capable of a maximum download speed of around 300Mbps, but that would under idea, near perfect network conditions.
