    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi customer service,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have trouble creating an account and the issue is a bit special.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Two months ago, I created an account with my phone number which went through and I even typed the new sim card number.&amp;nbsp; However, in the middle of the process, I had to stop to check my rogers account for some information and cannot finish the process.&amp;nbsp; Until now, I am finally able to go back and re-create my account and now it doesn't work. &amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;It says: "The phone number entered is invalid or you may have created your profile already. If you've forgotten your password, please click here".&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;I believe that the account is created somehow but I cannot retrieve my password or anything.&amp;nbsp; Is there anything I can do?&amp;nbsp; Thank you!&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
