I have charges on my log for phone numbers I never called and data I never used? Anyone else see this in their log?

there's no extra "charges" with PM. Voicemail numbers look something liked ~~40o4~~.4001

if the number ends with 4001 or 4002, that is a Voicemail number

usually calls to VM are not counted, they just there for record

but if you are on a $15 plan, calling from your phone to check VM will be counted for outgoing minutes
