If I lost a SIM card, would it be possible to replace it and keep the same phone number?
If so, can someone tell me how I'd be able to do that?

@gb2k Yes . Just Get new SIM card from Koodo or telus call around first for availability or order from Amazon . Then with SIM card In hand .In you account profile page you can SIM card swap the number to keep phone number and plan the same like this

Note only do this on lap top or computer/ not mobile device
