    <description>&lt;P&gt;I purchased an add-on for US talk and text this morning, for 15 days. I’m still in Canada until tonight. But…. I now seem to have no data or texting ability here in Canada. I checked and I have no run out of data. Why did this happen? How can I fix it?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;US roaming add-on's have nothing to do with your core plan at home, other than an active plan being a dependency to have a US Roaming add-on.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Login to your account in a private browser window or clear the cache and then check. Make sure your plan isn't suspended. I could see if you ran out of data, but texting is unlimited.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Did you change any of your network settings on your phone?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
