      <description>&lt;P&gt;They'll occasionally respond at odd hours of the night sometimes as well.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Fellow Manitoban, check your inbox around 3am. I occasionally get responses around that time when reaching out late.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I was over charged twice on my account when my service renewed and on the 22nd I received an email saying my plan has been put on hold due to non payment.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I don't believe the community an help with this one.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I tried to subscribed to a 3 month plan but was still changed for the 1 month plan.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
