My account is locked and I tired to reset up my password by clicking the E-mail link and still not working. Please help

on the top, there is a icon like envelope, you can use that to send message to MOD, do not post your account infomation here

Click this: then fill in a subject (Account Locked) followed by the info @NDesai said to put.

They should be available until 9pm EST, and Simon tells me that expected wait time is a few hours. Hopefully they get you in the next three hours or you'll have to wait until after 9am tomorrow.
