Suggest service ticket initiation from account self serve page. That would save time and efforts for the subscriber.

that would be nice. Something from My Account, a button Open ticket, and would be nice there is a page to check ticket status

Well, there is the little Chat Bubble at the bottom right corner on every page. So that's kind of it.

As you can see, there is a Contact Us button right there.

But the chatbot ticket is buggy, many times it doesn't work.
