Forgot password and secret question

Hello,

I forgot my password to my Public Mobile account, and when I tried to reset the password, I don't remember the answer to my secret question. Is there any way you can help me reset my password?

You can private message the @CS_Agent (feel free to use this link: https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/notes/composepage/note-to-user-id/22437) and ask them to reset your password. Include your PM phone number an PIN to expediate the process, do not post them here as this is a public site.

Yes, theres another way!

You will have to send a message to the moderators with your account details such as your phone number, e-mail, name, pin, account number (if you know it) and let them know you need help resetting your account password.

I want to access my Selfserve but I forgot my login password and answer to security question.

It will be faster to private message the moderator team directly to help re-set your password, but expect 2-3 day wait these days.
