      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/302131"&gt;@tito25&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;sorry, existing customers can only use physical sim card at the moment and cannot migrate to eSIM yet&amp;nbsp;&lt;span class="lia-unicode-emoji" title=":disappointed_face:"&gt;😞&lt;/span&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;While PM&amp;nbsp; might lift thos restriction soon, hopefully in a month or two,&amp;nbsp; this is not the time yet for existing customers to migrate to eSIM&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Understand you have a new iPhone with eSIm only but you might need to get a loaner phone for the time being until eSIM is available for everyone &lt;span class="lia-unicode-emoji" title=":disappointed_face:"&gt;😞&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
