      <title>Troubleshooting SIM activation</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I just bought a SIM in a telus store. I created an account online yesterday and now the website and app are bugging so I cannot get into the website or the app to activate my SIM.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I'm on a log in loop on the website and on the app when I try and log in the page is not even loading.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I've already paid the $45 for the SIM plan I want.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I'm connected to WIFI and have tried logging in online via safari, chrome, brave and chrome incognito. I'm getting the same error loop for all platforms.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Feeling frustrated.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
