it is very weird, it says that 100 minutes are already used, I don't think I used so many minutes in this month, and it is only 11th. How can I claim to get the minutes ba

you can check the usage log and start counting those outgoing minutes.

To assure current history, please login using Incognito mode. Also, remember PM cycle starts on a different day every month. Check your current cycle data and start counting from that day.

Please note that like any provider, calls are rounded up to the next minute. So, a 0:53 minute call will be counted as 1 minute and a 1:01 calls will be counted as 2 mintues

simply try refreshing the page to check data plan / mins / add ons

The other thing you can do is download the app to the phone. That will tell you on the My Account page. I've found it very helpful. Another option you may wish to consider, go to Add-ons and purchase 500 minutes for $5. That way you'll have that 500 minute buffer any time you need it. I have a 2000 minute buffer myself.

If the phone rings 20 times before someone answers, that time will also count.

That's very smart, I also have a 1000 buffer on my $15 Plan, one add on for Canada Calling, one for USA Calling, and last year's free 500 long distance minutes are all still on My Account + a few Data add-ons that never expire.

Please note that Calling voicemail and 611 also uses from your 100 Outgoing Minutes.
