I can’t seem to log in to my account. It says it’s temporarily not working or down for maintenance. Would we get an email if it was down for maintenance?

No they do not send out emails everytime for maintenance, it happens almost nightly after a certain time so it would drive everyone nuts if we got emails every single time.

There will occasionally be an Announcement posted by J_PM when major work is being done, however still no emails in this case and the posts are few and far between.

As of the time I'm replying, everything is working on my end. Follow this link using an incognito or Private Browsing tab and see if you have any extra success:

Unfortunately not, PM randomly put the website and app on maintenance in the evening hours when there is minimal logins.
