There is also an announcement thread from &lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/186792"&gt;@J_PM&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp; and help articles. You just need to compare your APN settings to see if you have the updated ones.       <description>&lt;P&gt;After reading the&amp;nbsp;&lt;A href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/Announcements/Picture-and-Group-Messaging-Changes/td-p/1031265" target="_self"&gt;link&lt;/A&gt;&amp;nbsp;, the setting that needs&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;update&amp;nbsp; is APN.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;This is the APN setting info from Public mobile:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;UL&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Name: Public Mobile&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;APN: sp.mb.com&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;MMSC proxy: mmscproxy.mobility.ca&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;MMSC: &lt;A href="http://aliasredirect.net/proxy/mb/mmsc" target="_blank"&gt;http://aliasredirect.net/proxy/mb/mmsc&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;MMS port: 8799&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;MCC: 302&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;MNC: 220&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;---------------------------------------&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;/UL&gt;&lt;P&gt;My current setting's only difference is&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT color="#FF0000"&gt;MMS proxy: 74.49.0.18&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I can receive/send photos MMS right now.&amp;nbsp; My phone is after 2017.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I guess my phone is OK.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
