new customer here

my friend sent me a screenshot of his payment summary and he gets a $2 discount for pre-authorized payments. i don't see that on mine, anyone know how i get that set up?

@spiffyy99 Yes your friend is in the old rewards to get the $2 auto pay discount . If you do t see that it’s because you’re on the new point reward system . With points once you have 15 points you can redeem them for $15 off your bill check out the rewards catalogue. Also note there’s no way to go to old rewards from points .

@spiffyy99 Points do have some perks thou you can use them to buy add ons and enter phone draws too that’s only exclusive to the points system

@spiffyy99 you can show your friend you have 5% Public points and your friend does not 🙂

he has legacy rewards and you have new Public Points. You two earn different discounts
