      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;So I topped up my account to $47.46 (after tax) and changed my plan for next renewal but this morning I logged in and noticed my plan was expired. I went to change plan and accidentally cancelled the change with no way of setting back the future plan without making another payment. I already have the funds available so why can't I take it from that instead it is asking me to charge my credit card again. Your system is very complicated, please help.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks&lt;/P&gt;</description>
