Hello,

I bought a sim card and a plane yesterday. But I can not set up and finish. Because the app public mobile recommend is not compatible with my device. In google play when I want to install. The red notes showed that " your device isn't compatible with this version"

What do you recommend?

You'll need to change a device running a newer oeprating system (ie. Android 8 or newer) to use the the app. The other option would be to install a custom ROM running a newer version of Android. Remebmer that it's possible to damage your device during this processs, so only try it if you're comfortable with the process.

@Bio1354 if you meant upgrading the OS on S6, then sorry, you cannot. Android 7 is the final OS on S6 from Samsung

if you like, upgrade to a newer phone.

Officially, you can't as that device has fallen out of support by Samsung. The option mentioned by that user runs all kinds of risk so it would be completely at your own risk. As said, only if you're comfortable doing that. You need software, you need device firmware and step by step instructions. Way out of scope for this forum.

Go to Settings>Software Updates>Download and Install…your Samsung S6 will update if there is one available.

You might have a friend with a new Android phone to download the PM app and create/subscribe an account for you then logout on the app and login to your account online on your computer to make future payments, add-ons, etc.
