      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi, Have you tried visiting a Public Mobile in-person location near you? For example, when I transferred my phone number to public mobile I did it in a Walmart.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

I too got activated in a Walmart . But unfortunately Walmart doesn’t even sell SIM cards now more and all new activations are online now . No stores to help with this not even Koodo or Telus that still sells the SIM card . It’s up to the customer to do now&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

However, even back when in-store activations were done in-store, none of these locations were equipped to provide any assistance to existing Public Mobile customers.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Virgin, Lucky, and Bell ask for a 'Full Name' in the required details to Submit a Port Request.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Please keep in mind, this 'Full Name' should not be your name but the provider of which your leaving so in this case PUBLIC MOBILE all capital. Otherwise they don't know what provider your porting from and are unable to send the Port Request message.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
