    <description>&lt;P&gt;I received a promo text on July 26th 2023 offering 50gb of 5g speed data for 65$ and I opted in. I received a text back saying it would update my plan on the following renewal date. My plan renewed on July 31 but my plan never changed. I only noticed this morning when I received a text saying I had used 75% of my data&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Those text messages have alot of issues when it comes to making changes on your Account.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The best way to change your Plan is to schedule for it to change within Subscription &amp;amp; Overview Settings on the App, everytime I've scheduled one there it has always worked without failure.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;You could also message the Customer Support Agent and see if they can change your Plan for you, considering you'll have a screenshot of the text you replied for confirmation of the change that didn't happen, they might be willing to do something for you.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;span class="lia-inline-image-display-wrapper lia-image-align-inline" image-alt="Screenshot_20230810_042838_Public Mobile.jpg" style="width: 1079px;"&gt;&lt;img src="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/image/serverpage/image-id/88573i7CA2893622476ACF/image-size/medium?v=v2&amp;amp;px=400" role="button" title="Screenshot_20230810_042838_Public Mobile.jpg" alt="Screenshot_20230810_042838_Public Mobile.jpg" /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
