      <description>&lt;P&gt;Does it only ask for a PUK code when the SIM Card is in the device?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;PUK/SIM Pins are set in settings and have nothing to do with Public Mobile, it's essentially locking your SIM Card so if anyone finds it they can't use it in their device without a Passcode..&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I had an older referral accidentally set one on her SIM Card once, and there was no way to reset it or have CSA Provide it since they aren't the ones who put it on..&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I changed her SIM Card and it fixed the issue, if you need a new SIM Card thankfully Public Mobile is running a sale on Amazon for $4.99 with two day delivery.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Public Mobile Prepaid SIM Prepaid Phone - (Universal/SmartPhones), Packaging May Vary &lt;A href="https://a.co/d/esAhRNf" target="_blank" rel="noopener"&gt;https://a.co/d/esAhRNf&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
