      <title>Cannot Receive Phone Calls</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Just changed over to public mobile. I can Send &amp;amp; Receive text messages from phones outside public mobile and make calls, but when I call my phone number (or have a friend try) it goes straight to voicemail.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Any suggestions? Have tried turning phone on and off. Switched at 18:23, January 14&lt;/P&gt;</description>
