      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have tried numerous times but keep getting an error message. Cleared browsing history. Nothing works. Could soneone pkease connect me to an agent?       <description>&lt;P&gt;@Anonymous&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp; - it should be known to EVERYONE that Public Mobile customer support can also be reach through everyone's private messages through their INBOX.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Go to your ENVELOPE at the top right of your Community Account which is where your &lt;STRONG&gt;Inbox&lt;/STRONG&gt; and &lt;STRONG&gt;Sent&lt;/STRONG&gt; messages are. Select the orange/peach color box with the pencil inside it to start a new message. &amp;nbsp;Type &lt;STRONG&gt;CS_Agent&lt;/STRONG&gt; in the SEND TO box. This will create a private message to Public Mobile Customer Support.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;OH&amp;nbsp;@Anonymous&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;, did you have to create a new nickname / community ID because you reached a screen saying your old id was taken? IF so, yeah, that happened to me too. Only Customer Support (CS_Agent), can recover your old nickname/id through a support ticket. So go ahead and tell CS_Agent you want that done if you wish.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
