How many times have you overcharged me for 40 plan with rewards?

$50 is overcharge . Fix this or I am gone

nobody here can "fix it" for you as we're just Community Forum contributors. Here's a link for you to send a message to CSA for their help. BTW...I wouldn't threaten to leave if I was you.

I may be misunderstanding but you have a $40 Plan or 40GB Plan which you've been billed $50 for?

Yes I am overcharged and the rewards were not added

So $40 plus tax is not $50

But, first login to My Account, check the Subscription and Add-ons page to confirm you have the correct plan there

Or, go to Payment History page and take screenshots and share here, maybe we can see why it was charged that way

Did you ever reply to a plan offer text from here? What plan are you on? What plan do you think you should be on?
