I was charged $5.65 the other day and I cannot figure out why. I've checked my account and I did not add an add-on. Please help.

The charge should be indicated in the Payment section. It could be a charge for taxes. eSIM is currently free if you just joined PM.

There are a limited amount of $5 purchases. $5/500min add on and $5/200mb add on. What's your plan amount? Rewards? Just activate on the $15 plan with the $10 bonus referral code and renewed? $5+13% tax=$5.65

No I didn't just join. I have 4 phones through public mobility and I cant see why I got charged the 5 bucks. I looked at all the accounts and I'm at a loss, I cant find the separate 5 dollar charge.

My sons phone is on his second month... so he must have had a 10 credit and that made his 15 plan only 5 this month... thanks.
