Not sure if this is an issue with PublicMobile or me so I decided to ask.

I have an Iphone 7+. When I try to merge a call, I can't hear the person I called first anymore. The first person can still hear me, though.

I have the US-Canada plan. I'm merging US calls. I never had a problem before.

Any ideas?

how about the second person? you can hear and talk?

Maybe try a Reset Networks Settings first and see if it resolves the problem

Yes, I can hear and talk to them.

I will try your suggestion and post back with my results.
