If the change my monthly plan from $33 to an another plan can i repurchase the $33 cellphone plan again?

Yes, assuming your current plan is still available when you want to revert back. Also note that it's best to change plans on your renewal date to avoid loss of unused/prepaid time on your plan.

If you change your subscription, you'll only be able to change it to the currently available Subscriptions if you ever want to go back to your old plan.

For example say your on the $30 for 3GB, and you change to the $39 for 20GB, you won't be able to change back to the $30 • 3GB in the future since it's a Plan no longer being offered.

If you schedule a Plan change, you'll have anytime in-between the time you scheduled the change and your next renewal date to cancel it if you change your mind. 🙂
