my friend has never logged it at all says to many attempts and says wate 1 hour. after waiting an hour say the same thing e-mail and password is fine why cant i login?

@cn123 You will need to wait one full hour and when trying again do so incognito private mode or even a different device .

never got in to account so just trying once to get in it will say to many attempts. that dont make any sence. iam.pretty sure it will do the same using a different device.

it could be the original password before EverSafe was introduced is now not complex enough for EverSafe login

Try using Incognito mode to request Password reset and see if it helps. When you reset and try relogin, please avoid using auto-complete, make sure you type everything manaully

When i created my EverSafe ID, my password wasn't considered secure enough. However, that doesn't prevent the first time login. It did, however, force me to use a different password when creating the EverSafe ID.
