    <description>&lt;P&gt;I can't open my account. My username and password are correct and I have been using Public for 2 yrs. But when i click log in- nothing happens. it's asking me to "proceed to activation". So i can't see my usage, my plan, my add ons. I need to do some changes by tomorrow but still lots of issues. Thank you&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Just wait for their reply&lt;/P&gt;</description>
