    <description>&lt;P&gt;I got a data only plan. When i send messages through data apps (slack/whatsapp) I receive a text message from Public Mobile saying my plan doesn't include texts - repeatedly, as in everytime i send a message on whatsapp or slack.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;How do i end this???&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Although i am not familiar with the details of those particular apps, are you sure you are not trying to sent texts to 'real' cell numbers?&amp;nbsp; In that case, i would guess that those apps might be re-routing your messages as actual cell-text messages.&amp;nbsp; Normally, those types of apps can only send messages to others with the same app.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If everything within those apps is set up correctly, and you are not trying to send messages to a cell number, then I recommend you send a private message to the Moderator's team.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Information regarding the moderator team can be found by following &lt;A href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/Knowledge-Base/Updated-Contacting-our-Community-Moderators/ta-p/76452/show-comments/true" target="_blank"&gt;this link&lt;/A&gt;.&lt;BR /&gt;Click &lt;A href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/notes/composepage/note-to-user-id/22437" target="_blank"&gt;here&lt;/A&gt; to send them a private message.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I am not familiar with slack but do use WhatsApp from time to time. &amp;nbsp;It's a data based messaging app and it should work. &amp;nbsp;It might be worthwhile to have the account checked out by the moderator team to make sure the setup is correct.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Personally, I would try restoring APN settings to default. Not sure which phone you have, but it's typically under settings/mobile networks/access point names, one of those variations. After restoring to default, I would restart your phone, just because it's always good to do. If restoring to default doesn't work, go &lt;A href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/Knowledge-Base/Setting-up-Data-APN-on-your-phone/ta-p/205906/jump-to/first-unread-message" target="_self"&gt;here&lt;/A&gt;, and add the APN settings back again.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
