      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/313172"&gt;@RhondaLamkin&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;which step you are at?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;you already added sim card number?&amp;nbsp; so, you gone past the payment step and phone number choosing isn't it?&amp;nbsp; Sim card number is AFTER phone number choosing/porting.&amp;nbsp; Did you picked a number instead of choosing porting?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;if you put your PM sim card in a phone, does it connect? can it make outgoing calls?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;can you login My Account now? if so, go to Profile page and check the phone number.
