Did I seriously give up my old network to join this dumb ? 3 days trying to get into my account you’re sending codes to a number that’s 30years old …

@tomkw1975 Try tapping resend code a few times you should get option to send code to email instead . If no luck please submit ticket with support to help

It sends to my email then to get full access because it says unrecognized devices it sends a code to an old number

How to receive 2FA code via Public Mobile Phone app

Click on the Didn’t get the code? Before you do though, check the box on This is a trusted device so you never have to be asked for the 2 step again on the phone.

The next window that comes up is this.

You can choose either Send Email which will go to the email you registered with or Send Voice Message meaning it will call your number and ask you to push buttons.

I does not give me the didn’t get the code ? Only resend code . And there’s no option to pick when to send

I’ve done it on my laptop and it’s doing the same thing. I even added my phone number and they are still sending to my old number
